HC10-6 Five function Electric Hospital Bed
1. Specifications and dimensions:
·The total length is 2250mm (including the head of the bed), the total width is 1050mm (including the guardrail), and the bed surface height is 450-680mm;
2. Lifting function:
·(1) Back lifting function: back lifting foot angle 0-75°±5°;
·(2) Leg bending function: leg lifting angle 0-30°±5°;
·(3) Lifting function: adjustment range 450-680mm;
·(4) Forward/backward tilt: 0 -15°;
3. Bed frame:
·(1) The bed frame is welded with 30*60*1.2mm (thickness) formed square tubes. The bed body adopts advanced automatic welding technology, laser cutting, and high-quality welding. The bed frame and bed surface are flat and fully welded, the welding is firm, the welding is flat and smooth, the bed body is sturdy, and can carry ≥200kg; The bed body has a reserved hole for the infusion stand;
·(2) The bed legs are formed by integral rectangular tube welding, which can enhance the stability of the bed body;
4. Bed panel:
·(1) The bed surface is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate stamped in one step, with a thickness of 1.0mm and a concave multi-pore design, which is easy to breathe and has anti-slip function. There are no welds on the surface, and there are steel pipe reinforcement ribs on the back. The double support unloading structure is adopted to extend the life of the bed;

5. Production process:
·(1) Pipe cutting: The steel pipes and sheet metal parts used in the product are cut by laser pipe cutting machine, which effectively ensures the accuracy of the workpiece; (laser on-site operation pictures can be provided);
·(2) Robot cluster welding is adopted, and the welding process is protected by mixed gas. The weld is smooth, beautiful and has no oxide film; (robot on-site operation pictures can be provided);
·(3) Carbon steel surface treatment: adopt The self-owned fully automatic electrostatic powder spraying line is completed in one go, with uniform coating, antibacterial, acid and alkali resistant, corrosion resistant, and fading resistant. Before spraying, it is rust-removed by a high-speed shot blasting machine. The metal surface treatment of the whole bed adopts eleven processes such as degreasing and oil removal, cleaning, pickling and rust removal, cleaning, neutralization treatment, surface treatment, phosphating treatment, cleaning, drying, electrostatic powder spraying, and high-temperature baking and curing through a fully automatic spraying line. The phosphating process material is zinc series to avoid rust on the inner wall of the material. The coating has strong adhesion, is flat and smooth, and is corrosion-resistant; it extends the service life of the bed;
6. Control:
·Electric back lifting, leg lifting, and overall lifting. The overall lifting height is 220mm (the lowest bed surface is 430mm from the ground, and the highest is 650mm from the ground), the back lifting range is 75°±5°, the foot lifting range is 30°±5°, and the forward/backward tilt angle is 0-15°; the control system and the hand controller are used to complete various functions of the medical bed, including back lifting (up and down), leg bending and stretching (up and down), overall lifting (up and down), forward and backward tilt, and function buttons. The static load-bearing capacity of the bed is ≥260KG;
7. Head and foot of the bed:
·The head and foot of the bed are made of high-grade engineering plastic ABS, which is convenient for medical staff to operate and use, has no gaps, is easy to clean, is stable and reliable without deformation, and has an information card slot on the outside of the footboard, and a symmetrical quick hook seat that can be quickly disassembled to meet clinical emergency needs; the bed is equipped with anti-collision wheels on both sides; and the foot of the bed is equipped with a control screen.
8. Guardrails:
·(1) Standard new four-piece split lifting guardrails are installed on both sides of the bed and can move simultaneously with the function of the bed. The guardrails are made of one-time injection molding and can be automatically locked when raised. When lowered, they can be hidden under the bed panel to achieve zero-gap transfer. Maximum protection of patient safety. The upper part of the guardrail is in an easy-to-hold shape and can be used as a booster for patients to stand up.
·(2) Safety guardrails with booster gas springs are easy to operate. The guardrails cannot be opened when subjected to pressure from the inside to the outside and can only be opened when subjected to pressure from the outside to the inside. The effective height of the guardrail protection is ≥300mm (the effective height refers to the height from the bed panel to the upper edge of the guardrail, not the overall height of the guardrail). The installation position of the guardrail meets international standards and effectively prevents patients from falling out of bed by opening the guardrail privately while in bed.
·(3) Angle displays are set at the four corners of the guardrail to clearly display the lifting angle of the back bed board and the tilt angle of the bed.
·(4) The back guardrail has buttons for easy operation.
9. Casters:
·Diameter ≥ 5 inches, double-sided central control casters, central control brake function at the end of the bed, one foot brake, four-wheel brake, good mute effect, strong braking ability, flexible and reliable rotation, casters and bed frame are firmly assembled, the bed will not slide relative to each other after braking, and it is convenient to push and control. The main frame and wheel core of the caster are made of PA6 material with strong load-bearing capacity, which is oil-resistant, wear-resistant, drug-resistant and chemical-resistant to ensure the service life of the caster. The wheel surface material is wear-resistant TPR, which is oil-resistant, water-resistant, drug-resistant and mildew-resistant. It also has good shock absorption and noise reduction. The caster is equipped with precision bearings inside to reduce noise and improve the overall smoothness of the caster.
10. Mattress:
·(1) Thickness 80mm; overall specifications are consistent with the bed;
·(2) Special medical mattress;
·(3) The inner layer is made of sponge and coconut coir, which is breathable and consistent with the bed;
·(4) The outer cover can be flexibly removed to facilitate clinical nursing and hygiene cleaning;

·Drainage hooks are set on both sides of the bed board, located under the left and right hip boards, for easy hanging of objects;
